Wayne S. Michals is the Founder and Principal of Ascend Business Brokers. Wayne is a business intermediary, business attorney, and licensed Massachusetts real estate broker. He has assisted buyers and sellers of businesses for over twenty-five years, during which time he has spearheaded hundreds of profitable business transactions.
Wayne prides himself in taking a practical approach to business transactions, while upholding the highest ethical standards. His use of the latest marketing techniques, combined with his extensive background and experience in structuring deals, distinguish Wayne as a business intermediary.

Wayne received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Boston University. He received his law degree from Boston University School of Law.
